Slippery When Peeled marks the first full-length collaboration between Go Banana Go! and comedian Flula Borg (Pitch Perfect, Trolls 2, The Rookie, Conan O’Brien). Having had too much fun working together in the past with "German Lessons" on their debut album Hi-YA! and later on their EP It's For You…, they decided to dream big and make a full record together at the legendary Sonic Ranch studio near El Paso, TX.
